All of our gelato is hand made in small batches. Flavors are updated weekly and are seasonally inspired. Whenever possible, we use local milk and produce. Connecting with local farmers matters to us and we love to highlight their products in our gelato and pastries.

As a husband-and-wife team, there’s a lot of compromise and for us that came down to the espresso. After searching high and low for a bean that was not too dark and not too light, we were able to find a rich, smooth roast when One Up One Down, a local coffee roaster, agreed to work with us. Together, we created our perfect bean, a roast we call The Middle Ground.
We make our pastries in-house, from scratch every day. While we have staples such as The Mrs. and The Mr. chocolate chip cookies (each representing our respective recipes), Almond Pound Cake, Scones, and Galettes, we like to keep our customers curious and excited about what’s coming next with surprises like Honey Quince Cake and Lemon Meringue Cheesecake Tart. We also have a rotating variety of gluten-free items such as scones, chocolate chip cookies, hazelnut financier cake, and a gluten-free, nut-free, vegan chocolate cake. As with our gelato, we use local products wherever possible such as organic, local flour and seasonal produce.
